1 ) What size are the BinBox bins?
Our Bins measure approximately 27" x 17" x 12" and are perfect for clothing, dishes, books, small appliances and most household items. Each bin has built-in handles and an attached lid and is designed to stack securely while remaining manageable to carry.
2) What is included with my BinBox rental?
Your BinBox rental includes:
• Clean, ready-to-pack moving bins
• Attached lids and built-in handles
• Removable labels for organizing your move
• Rolling dollies based on your package
• Delivery to the home you're moving FROM
• Pickup from the home you've moved TO
Local delivery and pickup are FREE within our standard service area.
3) How long can I keep the bins?
Our base package price includes up to 2 weeks with your BinBox rental.
Need more time? No problem! You can add additional weeks to your rental, with pricing available for rentals up to 8 weeks.
4. Can I add more time after my rental has already started?
Absolutely! If your move is taking longer than expected, contact us as soon as possible and we'll help extend your rental.
Extensions are subject to availability, so the earlier you let us know, the better.
5. Is delivery and pickup really FREE?
Yes! Delivery and pickup are FREE within our standard local service area.
We serve Waxhaw and many surrounding Charlotte-area communities. Additional delivery charges may apply for locations outside our free-delivery zone.

6. Where will my bins be delivered and picked up?
We deliver your BinBox equipment to the home you're moving FROM and pick it up from the home you've moved TO.
Delivery and pickup are generally curbside at your driveway or garage area, making the process quick and convenient.
7. Do I need to be home for delivery and pickup?
Generally, yes. You or another adult 18 or older should be present to accept delivery, confirm the equipment count and complete the rental agreement.
We'll also confirm the equipment count when your rental is picked up.
8. What do I need to do before BinBox picks everything up?
Before your scheduled pickup:
• Empty all bins completely
• Remove your labels
• Stack the bins neatly
• Have all bins and dollies together in an easy pickup area like the garage or covered porch. Always make sure the equipment is in a safe, dry location.
That's it — we take care of the rest!
9. How many bins do I need for my move?
It depends on the size of your home and how much you're moving.
We offer several BinBox packages designed for everything from smaller moves to larger homes. Check out our package recommendations and choose the size that best fits your move.

10. Do I need tape or boxes with BinBox?
No tape or cardboard is needed for your BinBox bins!
Each bin has an attached folding lid that closes securely, plus built-in handles for easy carrying. Our bins also stack neatly on rolling dollies, so you can move several at a time.
You may still want specialty packing materials for fragile items, which are available through our Moving Supplies & Add-Ons.
Bins may be "locked" using a zip-tie through the hole in the lid.
11. Are the bins cleaned between customers?
Yes! Every BinBox bin is cleaned and disinfected before each rental so your bins arrive clean and ready to pack.
Unlike used cardboard boxes, our reusable bins are designed to be cleaned and used again and again.
12. Do you offer moving supplies or other equipment?
Yes! In addition to our moving bins and dollies, BinBox offers helpful moving supplies and add-ons such as:
• Moving blankets
• Bubble wrap
• Dish & glassware dividers
• Adjustable vehicle clothes-hanging bars
Add the supplies you need to make your move even easier.
13) What happens if a bin or dolly is lost or damaged?
Customers are responsible for all BinBox equipment during the rental period. Any lost, missing or damaged equipment will be charged at full replacement cost:
Bins — $30 each
Dollies — $60 each
Please make sure all bins and dollies are accounted for and ready for pickup at the end of your rental.
